FieldForce eServices include:
 

  • eForce data services for analyzing delivery data (including data cleansing).
 
  • ePOS data services and web based tools for analyzing point of sales data (including data cleansing).
 
  • eRouting data services that routes cleansed and up to date delivery and point of sales data from FieldForce server farm to customer's servers/systems.
 
  • eFastTrack is FieldForce's SFA system provided as SaaS service (Software as a Service).

FieldForce eServices: FieldForce customers can agree on receiving data from wholesalers. Such data can be for instance statistics on deliveries to stores, POS data, stock level data etc. FieldForce eServices helps our customers to transform huge amounts of data into valuable information. In many cases data must be cleansed and this is a major part and benefit of the FieldForce eServices.

SaaS services are charged on a monthly basis, so no huge upfront investments are needed to get started. The SaaS services can be set up with short notice in a short time (weeks, not months).
