Unilever and FieldForce have signed a long term SaaS (Software as a Service) agreement regarding the Sales Force Automation System FastTrack (at Unilever called SMILE) and eForce Trade Data services. As a result of this also one employee from Unilever has been welcomed to the FieldForce Team. Further, FieldForce has established a help desk service that is available for anyone signing an agreement regarding help desk support.
