eForce

eForce is a service for analyzing wholesaler deliveries to stores. The service includes a web based analyzing tool with OLAP and other functionality for making reports and for database maintenance. Typical users are people working with Trade Marketing such as Key Account Managers, Sales Management and Brand Managers.


The eForce service include data cleansing procedures provided by FieldForce for more accurate analysis. With the eForce service you can for instance:
  • Monitor distribution build up almost "online" during new product launches
  • Measure sales force performance (by region, chain, visited customers vs. not visited customers etc.)
  • Follow up trade features by store, chain, area and wholesaler in volume and money (impact of activities and promotions)
  • Plan campaigns (by comparing target vs. the outcome of similar kind of past events)
  • Target marketing allowances (according to achievement by chain etc)
  • Spot problem areas (target sales calls to stores that have not ordered your products for a while)
  • Be more professional in negotiations with the Trade (helpful facts at your finger tips when for instance negotiating annual agreements)
